Excellent Customer Service meets excellent product.

ProTech helmets are a family favorite in our house. Not only are they high quality in materials and appearance but their customer service hits the mark too. This Christmas we accidentally ordered the wrong size for our son, and upon inquiring a return/refund request their instructions were to pay it forward and gift the helmet to a friend, and refunded us within 24 hours. Now he will have the proper size helmet AND his cousin will get to enjoy the benefits together.

Awesome fit! Awesome quality!

I have purchased so many helmets for my son in the past…none have fit as well as protec!! They are also so durable and I feel like my son is well protected on the ski hill!!

Super customer service

The helmet speaks for itself in quality, but the customer service is excellent. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size - my own fault. When I contacted Pro-Tec to exchange for the right size, Ashley was super helpful and shipped me out the right size with no issues whatsoever.
