The helmet was probably fine, but the return process was terrible

The helmet was probably fine, but the return was so onerous.I know I have to pay for a return, but it's such poor customer service not to provide a label and charge me for the return (all retailers do that). A helmet has to fit so there are going to be one or more returns. Again, happy to pay, but you should do your part to make this easier for the customer.

Great fit, solid protection and good looks!

Great helmet! I use it for E foiling and wake surfing Tahoe. Fit is comfortable all day, and the ear protection has saved me several times from high speed get offs on the Efoil. Customer service was great, and shipping was fast. Buy this helmet!
