Great product and great service!

We love the helmet, it has several adaptions that make the fit perfect. Service was excellent as well. When I had a couple of questions the response was quick and the staff were very helpful!

It is big and warm.

When the liner is installed on top of the harder foam core it fits like a glove, I had to trim the foam liner's sides to get it to fit my head right, but you can do that with scissors. The ear and neck flaps are quite warm and provide a noise muffling effect which would be great when it is very windy or when you are snowboarding or something. The helmet is very thick. One inch thick to be exact, so it looks quite big on your head, even with the correct size (I have a 57cm head and purchased a Medium). So without the ear flaps it looks a little big and goofy, but it is very warm.
