Pro-Tec BMX Survey Sweepstakes – Official Rules
1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Pro-Tec (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes ends on 4/30/2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
To enter, participants must complete the BMX survey available at:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/BMX2026
Limit one (1) entry per person.
5. Prize
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) $200 gift card redeemable on Pro-Tec’s website.
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $600.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection & Odds
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email within 3 days after the drawing.
8. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
10. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any prize.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at Privacy policy.
12. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
