Overall, the earpieces work OK when they are attached.
Problem is they are not really anchored well and will pop out; button-snaps do not hold! Two different helmets lost earpieces, sad.
Problem is the distance between the female button-snaps doesn't match the distance between the male button-snaps on the earpiece. Due to the distance mismatch, the exists tension on the earpiece when attached, this eventually results in the earpiece popping out and being lost upon impact.
