Superb quality and customer service.

I was please with the quality of the Classic Pro-Tec certified helmet in gloss-black. The gloss finish was spotless, the cushioning seemed plush yet protective, and the strap was not cumbersome in anyway. Pro-Tec’s customer service is also spectacular if you have any issues. Real people respond quickly to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

This past summer I bought a bike so i could ride with my wife. When we were about to embark on our first ride she asked if had bought a helmet. I never gave a helmet a thought to be honest. I told her i did not and asked if that was a problem. She laughed and said it was fine she really didn’t think they were necessary and that she has one she never wears. She suggested i wear one while i was getting used to riding again and told me she would get me hers for the ride. She the handed me a pro-tec helmet that she has had forever and helped me get it on. I was surprised at how well it fit how comfortable it was how well vented it was. After the uneventful ride she asked me how the helmet was and i said fine. On our next few rides she asked if i would be wearing the helmet which i did. After several rides she suggested i get my own helmet and i am torn between a protec or a different helmet
